Captured motion is wrong

  • Check if the cameras are assigned correctly. ("Left camera" is the camera on the left seen from you.)
  • Adjust the camera and sitting position so that the upper body is within the camera's field of view.
  • Please check that the room is well-lit.

The app crashes on startup

  • Try reseting all the settings by deleting C:\Users\<YUOR_USER_NAME>\AppData\Local\MocapForStreamer.
  • If your installation path is long, change it to somewhere like "C:\MocapForStreamer".

Unable to connect to camera

  • Selecting 'DirectShow' for 'Webcam framework' in the camera settings may solve the problem.
  • If you are using a USB hub, try connecting directly to USB ports on your PC without using a USB hub.
